Contents

Rulefinder G20 demystifies the complexity of the G20 derivatives regulatory requirements for margin, clearing and reporting around the globe.

We have now launched a user friendly ‘Equivalence App’ which shows in 2 clicks the position regarding substituted compliance around the world. The app enables subscribers to view and compare in seconds equivalence determinations across all 20 jurisdictions.

Equivalence may sometimes be referred to as substituted compliance and/or take the form of a comparability determination. The effect of such a determination is that local regulatory requirements do not, in certain circumstances, need to be complied with if the requirements of a jurisdiction which is recognised as equivalent are complied with.

Rulefinder G20 also includes daily monitoring and alerts together with user friendly reports and local counsel memoranda.
