aosphere today announced the appointment of Robert McKay as its next Chief Executive Officer. Robert succeeds Marc-Henri Chamay, who will transition to the role of Chair.
Robert brings over 20 years of experience leading information-based analytics and decisioning workflow solutions that drive regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. He most recently served as SVP & General Manager of Neustar’s Customer Identity, Fraud, Risk & Compliance division. Prior to that, Robert was Global Managing Director at Accuity, where he oversaw global business units, including Anti-Money Laundering/Sanctions Screening (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Payment Efficiency solutions.
In his new role, Robert will focus on driving aosphere’s continued growth, innovation, and client value delivery across its global legal and compliance information services. His leadership experience and deep understanding of regulatory technology make him exceptionally well-positioned to guide aosphere through its next phase of development.
Reflecting on the transition, Marc-Henri Chamay said:
“It has been a privilege to lead aosphere from an idea and prototype into a global business serving over 1,400 institutional clients worldwide, supported by a team of more than 150 talented professionals. Over the past two years alone, we successfully carved out from Allen & Overy with private equity firms Inflexion and Endicott, doubled our annual recurring revenue, and joined forces with BRP Bizzozero & Partners and Investment Navigator — all while maintaining our strong culture and retaining our clients and our team members.
I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together. Robert’s strategic insight, industry expertise, and track record of building high-performing teams make him the ideal person to lead aosphere forward. I look forward to supporting him and the leadership team in my new capacity as Chair.”
Robert McKay commented:
“aosphere has built an impressive reputation for excellence, innovation, and client trust. I’m excited to join such a talented team and to continue expanding aosphere’s impact across the regulatory and legal technology landscape.”
