Updates to our Terms of Business
We are updating our Terms of Business to add a new section restricting the use of AI software, tools or technologies on the Content without our consent.
Please note that the ad hoc use of AI functionality included with standard productivity software (such as Microsoft Copilot) hosted on a secure, private cloud is excluded from this restriction as set out in the new wording.
The updated Terms of Business will be available on the website as usual from 22 August 2025. For convenience, the changes are set out below for each product.
