aosphere, the global provider of online legal and compliance analysis solutions with over 800 blue-chip clients, has acquired BRP Bizzozero & Partners Group (“BRP”), a privately owned, Switzerland-based group dedicated to providing compliance solutions for banking and financial regulation.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Geneva, BRP specialises in the creation of standardised products that simplify the analysis of complex regulations. The company is a recognised leader in the field of cross-border financial solutions for private banks and wealth managers, where it covers over 190 countries with manuals written in association with more than 300 expert law firms worldwide. The company is also a leader in the analysis of Swiss financial regulation. More than 480 banks, asset and wealth managers rely on BRP services and products.

This acquisition complements aosphere’s already extensive compliance solutions for the cross-border marketing and selling of financial products and services. The joint offering spans sophisticated solutions to all key segments of the financial services industry, ranging from investment banks, fund and asset managers to retail and private banks and wealth managers. The combined group serves over 1,200 institutions across the world.

Marc-Henri Chamay, CEO of aosphere, said, “Joining forces with BRP is both exciting and significant for aosphere in our commitment to simplifying global legal compliance. BRP shares our vision and passion for providing clients with high quality and practical legal analysis of complex regulatory obligations around the world. Everyone at aosphere is looking forward to working with the BRP team.”

Alessandro Bizzozero, Founding Partner and Chairman of BRP, said, “"It's incredible to see how the two companies complement each other in terms of regulatory solutions. This will provide customers with even more comprehensive compliance solutions. Therefore, I can only welcome this move."
